Our Commitment to You

At DLC Market, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to make it right. Please read our policy below so you know exactly what to expect.


Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 14 days, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns.


Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item is in its original, unworn, and unused condition
  • All original tags and packaging are intact
  • You have proof of purchase (your order confirmation email)
  • The return was requested within 14 days of delivery

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Intimate apparel, lingerie, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items with removed tags or damaged packaging

How to Start a Return

Do not send items back without contacting us first — unrequested returns cannot be processed.

  1. Email us at support@dlcmarket.com with the subject line: Return Request — Order #[your order number]
  2. Include your reason for returning and a photo of the item if it arrived damaged or incorrect
  3. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
  4. Ship the item back using the return address we provide

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider

If your return is not approved (item does not meet eligibility conditions), we will notify you and the item will not be refunded.


Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@dlcmarket.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item and the issue

We will send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no need to return the item in these cases.


Shipping Costs

  • Damaged or wrong items: We cover all return shipping costs
  • Change of mind returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After 12 hours, your order may have already been processed and shipped and we cannot guarantee a cancellation. Please email us immediately at support@dlcmarket.com if you need to cancel.
