❓ Common Questions

Can I ever lose Common?

No. Common is permanent the moment you make your first purchase. No maintenance, no exceptions.

What does losing points mean exactly?

If you miss your 60-day activity requirement, points are deducted from your balance. If your new balance falls below your tier's entry threshold, you drop to the matching tier. You can always earn your way back up.

When do I get my welcome gift and monthly drops?

Welcome gifts are sent when your tier upgrade is confirmed. Monthly drops are credited at the start of each month. Email support@dlcmarket.com to claim them.

Does using my discount affect my points?

No. Your discount is a league perk — it costs nothing to use. Your points balance is separate and only changes when you earn more or miss a maintenance window.

Can I access referral points without being an Affiliate or Creator?

Referral points are exclusive to Affiliates and Creators. To refer someone and earn points on their purchase, you need to join one of our programs first.
