Order Changes & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are delivered within 7–15 business days to the United States. International orders may take slightly longer. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Free shipping is available on qualifying orders and is automatically applied at checkout when eligible.

Where do you ship from?

We work with trusted global suppliers. Orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from supplier warehouses to your door.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to many countries worldwide including Canada, the UK, France, Germany, Australia, and more. Rates and times may vary by destination.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. If you haven't received it within 5 business days, email us at support@dlcmarket.com.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be cancelled or changed within 12 hours of being placed. After that, your order may already be in processing. Contact us immediately at support@dlcmarket.com.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Email support@dlcmarket.com with your order number to start a return. See our full Returns & Refund Policy.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

My item arrived damaged or defective — what do I do?

Email support@dlcmarket.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll resolve it with a replacement or full refund — no return required.

Payments & Security

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Discover, Maestro, JCB, and Diners Club.

Is my payment information safe?

Absolutely. DLC Market uses SSL encryption and Shopify's secure checkout. All transactions are processed through PCI-compliant providers. We never store your full card details.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Tax may apply depending on your location. Any applicable taxes will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Products & Orders

How do I know if an item is in stock?

If a product can be added to your cart, it's in stock. Out-of-stock items are clearly marked on the product page.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Warranties vary by product. Contact us with the specific item and we'll provide details.

A size or color I want isn't available — will it be restocked?

We regularly update our inventory. Sign up for our email list to be notified when new stock arrives, or contact us directly and we'll check for you.

Do you have a loyalty or rewards program?
