Order Cancellation Policy

At DLC Market, we understand that sometimes changes need to be made after placing an order.

 

❌ Order Cancellation Requests

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

If your order has already been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

 

⏱ Processing Time

Most orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. We encourage customers to contact us as soon as possible regarding any cancellation requests.

 

💳 Approved Cancellations

If your cancellation request is approved:
- A full refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds may take 3–7 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider

 

📦 Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
