30-day returns
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they're unused, in original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
How to start a return
Email support@dlcmarket.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover return shipping and send a free replacement or full refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days, and email you to confirm.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, pierced jewelry, intimate apparel, and opened beauty products can't be returned unless they're faulty.
